Instant Online Reservations
www.arubahomeminders.com provides real time property information, pricing and availability. This allows for seamless, instant online bookings, which ultimately leads to more bookings for our rental property owners.
Automatic Payment Schedule
All payments are collected automatically on a set schedule through our reservation system and payment processor. 50% of the reservation amount is collected at booking and the remainder is collected 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival date.
In Person Check-In
All guests are greeted by an Aruba Home Minders Knowledgeable & friendly team member, Flexible check in /out times are based on guest’s flight schedule. Giving a superior guest experience. Check ins include an Informative walk through tour and property familiarization.
In Person Check out / Property Inspections
Check out times are scheduled upon arrival. All guests receive and sign a copy of house rules. An Aruba Home Minders team member meet with guests prior to departure to gather feedback and complete an initial inspection. All rental properties we manage receive a thorough inspection after each guest. Any damage is promptly reported to us and we will notify the guest & homeowner accordingly.
Damage Protection Plans
All vacation rental reservations are covered by Accidental Damage Waiver insurance through Insuraguest. The damage waiver provides $10,000 in accidental damage coverage. Photos/ video are taken pre guest arrival and post departure. Should an issue arise
