Judy and her team managed our property in Oceania for the four years we owned it. They’ve always done an excellent job with the rental clients and get excellent reviews for their service. Judy was great to work with; very practical when dealing with issues, knowledgeable about the local market and tradespeople, reliable with financial reporting and the remittance of funds. Unfortunately I had to sell the condo for personal reasons but Judy quickly worked with another agent to find a buyer. I intend to use Judy’s team for future rentals for myself and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again if I decide to purchase another property in Aruba.

We purchased our Condo 9 years ago (Judy was our Realtor) & based on our experience throughout the purchase we decided to use Aruba Home Minders for Property Management Services as well. Since 2009 we own a beautiful house on Aruba. We enjoy very much staying here, but owning a property when you are 5000 miles away can be rather complicated.
