Swaying Palm is a large 2-story townhome, an end unit that fills with natural light. The ground floor is spacious and open, with a breakfast bar and dining table. Excellent host, everything went great. Gorgeous property with beautiful lawn and garden (which is uncommon), walking distance to Eagle Beach (200m), mini-market, Screaming Eagle restaurant and car rental.

Rodrigo - Gorgeous property with beautiful lawn and garden

We had a great stay here with our two children. Our trip was disrupted by the Aruba airport closing and changing our arrival date. The host was very responsive to the change and even had the condo decorated to celebrate a birthday when we arrived! It’s a close walk to beautiful Eagle Beach and the grounds are peaceful and well maintained. We hope to come back in the future.

Bretton - We had a great stay here with our two children!

Its a great location to start your Aruba exploration. Gated parking, on site swimming pool, well stocked condo. 1/4 mile walk to beach, easy drive to everywhere else. I wish my phone worked better while I was there. Verizon's international pass didn't really work with my Apple phone. Not sure what was the problem was but I could receive texts but not calls, then every once in awhile I could get an outside call. The reason this is important is during our stay we had some AC problems and once we got a hold of Judy she did a great job of getting it addressed. Enjoy your trip. It's a nice property and it's easy to get anywhere on the island. Soon you will be the master of the roundabout - WHEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!! Date of arrival - July 22, 2022

David - Its a great location to start your Aruba exploration.

We absolutely loved our stay here, can't fault it at all. Travelling with 2 children this was a great choice with all the space and everything you could need to live comfortably. We really liked that all the cleaning supplies were included for the dishwasher , clothes washing etc. It was so easy and convenient. The pool and grounds were lovely, short walk to the beach. We hired a car to explore the island , everything was only a short drive away. Aruba is stunning and this accommodation was perfect for us. We loved it and hope to come back again some day!

I want to thank Judy and her team for hosting us in this beautiful, comfortable place. We have one year old with us so we need nice quite and safe place to stay. In this townhouse we have everything we need: pool and beach in walking distance, restaurants, mini markets and supermarket. Highly recommend this place 👍🏼

I can't say enough great about this unit. First Judy and her team are wonderful, they communicate well, organized and friendly. When I checked in I was walked through the unit showing me how things worked, where to find things and general details about Aruba. Super clean. The unit has everything you could want. The pool is steps away, it is quiet. There is a binder on the dining table that gives you the history of Aruba, info about the local stores (with directions), beachs and attractions. Judy has crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's. With out a doubt I will stay here again.

Aleksey The condo was in a very nice location. Less than a block to the beach. Beach chairs were provided and there was even an ice machine on-site. It came stocked with everything we needed and the grocery store was only a few minutes away Would definitely come back and recommend this place!
