Bon Bini at Oceania - 1 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo

My wife and I spent our 30th anniversary at Judy's place and we could not of found a better place to stay. The condo was perfect and fit our every need. The complex was very well taken care of and the Pools were perfect. It was not crowded and in fact we barely saw people at the pool. We did have plenty of guest to enjoy (iguanas were a treat to see). We like the location as it was never congested, even on the beach. The check in and Check out process was the best we have ever had as Marina was wonderful and very helpful with places to visit and things to do. The condo had 2 chairs a cooler and snorkel gear for you to use which was so awesome. We loved the Island and the people and we will defiantly be back and when we do it will be at Judy's place. Thank you for a great experience.

We had an amazing vacation at Judy's place. The apartment had everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect in every way. Judy and her coworkers are a wonderful team. They instantly responded to our messages and questions. We can't praise them enough

Judy’s place was an excellent experience from the start until the very last second. She was flexible with our check in and check out times. Her assistant Anna met us immediately upon our arrival. She gave us an informative yet very quick tour of the condo so we could get our vacation started right away! Upon check out, we made a mistake and bought a piece of art too large for our luggage which we realized last second. We decided we wanted to get to the airport asap- we called Judy to have us checked out as soon as possible and she has Anna there for us within FIVE MINUTES. Absolutely amazing customer service. The condo itself was immaculate. A beautiful view of the ocean and the pools on the property. Everything in the condo was in perfect working order. We do not have ANY complaints. Just steps away from Eagle Beach and 3 minutes from the grocery store by car. Everything needed for the beach was provided -Snorkels, beach blankets, towels and chairs. We will be back to Judy’s place!

We stayed at Judy’s place for ten nights in May 2022. The property is well-appointed, well maintained, the location is perfect, just steps from the beach and couple blocks from the Super Food Plaza. Check-in and check out was just a breeze. The place is good size, bright, quiet and spotless. Kitchen is well equipped to make you comfortable if you decide to eat at home. Bed mattress was comfortable and good size, linens and towels were cotton, soft and pleasant. Overall, we had a wonderful time in a great location. Thank you, Judy!

Judy’s condo is beautiful & the location is absolutely perfect !! Everything we needed was all right there for us to use & enjoy. Anna, her assistant, was so welcoming & provided us with all of the information we needed to know. We’re already planning our next vacation to Aruba & would definitely want to stay at Judy’s place again …… it’s perfect !

This place was ideally located across from Eagle beach. It’s quiet, clean, has multiple pools, and a nice view overlooking the beach. Also, Judy thought of everything; from beach chairs to snorkel gear, to beach bags, etc. We loved it! “Thanks again Judy. You really helped make our Valentine’s vacation special.”

Everything was excellent and as advertised. Very clean. Gives you privacy but is also within walking distance of the high rise hotels. Highly Reccomend.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. This was our first time traveling to Aruba and the airbnb was perfect. The location is literally steps away from Eagle beach and a ton of restaurants. The place is clean and came equipped with anything we may need including snorkeling gear and chairs (which we loved!) We had a rental car which was helpful as we explored a lot, but it was not necessary if you are mostly staying on the beach. The woman that checked us in was super friendly and helpful, they were flexible with our checkout time, even the security desk was helpful with calling a taxi when we needed it. We could not recommend this enough. Thank you Judy and team!

Our stay was wonderful! The location is perfect and we were so thankful to have all of the awesome beach amenities. Being able to just step out your door to relax and unwind at the beach and pools is amazing. We would definitely return. Quiet and close to everything. Do not hesitate to book. Don't hesitate to book this! We stayed here for 9 days in August of 2021 and can honestly say that it was one of the best vacations that we have ever had. From booking to check out, the whole process was smooth which doesnt always happen when you are traveling in a different country. Comfortable bed, great shower, SmartTV, strong AC, and lots of little amenities that make you feel like you are a true local. The view from the balcony was perfect but you wont spend much time there since the beach is right across the street. With plenty of palapas available for shade, crystal clear water, and wonderful temperatures, you couldnt ask for a better location. Eagle Beach is quieter than Palm Beach but there are still walkable restaurants. We enjoyed Asi Es Mi Peru, Madam Janettes, Chalet Suisse, and Quinta del Carmen while we were there. The guardhouse can also quickly call a taxi (regulated in Aruba but afforable) if need be. If you are more of a cook at the house person, the apartment is equipped with pans, utensils, salt & pepper, and anything you may need. The ice maker is also great and holds a lot of ice for blended drinks in the blender! We walked to SuperFoods around the corner every few days and stocked up on supplies as needed. Be warned that the island does not offer plastic bags and you should take one of the reusable grocery bags provided in the beach closet (They thought of everything!). The beach closet also had four snorkel masks and snorkels, two backpack beach chairs, two coolers, noodles, and extra beach towels - perfect to keep you prepared for the pool or beach. We truly felt at home and were sad to leave at the end of our trip. From the personal check in and check out, welcome basket upon arrival, timely responses to questions or issues, 10/10 would stay again!

The condo is located on one of the most beautiful beaches not only in Aruba but the world! We had everything we needed during our stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Parking was provided for our rental. We had so many things to use for the beach. Chairs, snorkel masks, beach bags, coolers we literally did not need to buy anything. Très belles vacances à Aruba. Tout était très propre et parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et l'emplacement était très bien entretenu. La température et la plage d'Eagle Beach est un rêve et on ne peut demander mieux. Tout est à proximité épicerie et restaurants. “Amazing location that’s right off the beach, close to grocery store, liquor store. The condo grounds were also very well maintained with great security. We definitely felt safe since the condo is located in a gated community with great security. The air conditioning was also on another level. This privacy fenced 4th floor apartment faces North, so the balcone can be used all day. We sat for hours watching passing boats and enjoying the ocean view as well as a beautifully manicured garden/pool area. The beach was less crowded than up or down the beach. The kiitchen is well equiped as well as a closet with beach chairs, beach towels, mask/snorkels and related beach necessities. 10 restaurants and Super Foods markets (has everything) are within walking distance. My wife and I wanted a quiet tranquility and an escape, and Judy's Place exceeded our expectations. All 5 Stars in All Categories. December 2019 AirBnB
