In Person Check-In

All guests are greeted by an Aruba Home Minders Knowledgeable & friendly team member, Flexible check in /out times are based on guest’s flight schedule. Giving a superior guest experience. Check ins include an Informative walk through tour and property familiarization.

In Person Check out / Property Inspections

Check out times are scheduled upon arrival. All guests receive and sign a copy of house rules. An Aruba Home Minders team member meet with guests prior to departure to gather feedback and complete an initial inspection. All rental properties we manage receive a  thorough inspection after each guest. Any damage is promptly reported to us and we will notify the guest & homeowner accordingly.

Enhanced Cleaning Services

Clean properties are one of the keys to success in the vacation rental industry, There is no 2nd chance to make a great 1st impression. Linen and Towel Packages

Aruba Home Minders provides complete linen and towel packages for all guests with every reservation. Most properties have in house washer & dryer, and laundry service is available

Guest Supplies

Aruba Home Minders provides our guests with a complete guest supply package which includes T.P, paper towels, dish detergent, dish cloth/ sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, & garbage bags Additional hotel size soaps, shampoo & conditioner to get guests started,

Services are charged a la carte. Monthly on call/ administration fee applies
