As you may remember, I was working with another property management company on the island and had a very bad experience! It’s so nice to be able to work with a company that is so professional! Our 3 bedroom condo on Eagle Beach has been managed by Judy and her team at Aruba Home Minders for almost 15 years. During this time she has very successfully managed all our rentals, the cleaning for guests, repairs and any problems. This even included installing a completely new air conditioning system. AHM has a very efficient management team who are quick to respond to take on and resolve any problems, courteous and always liked by our guests. AHM services are appropriately priced and totally transparent with monthly statements. All in all, we could not have chosen a better company than AHM to manage our condo. Our grateful thanks are due to AHM.
