VACATION RENTAL POLICIES

Reservations can be held for up to 3 days.

No reservation will be confirmed with out at deposit.

Initial deposit of 30% plus tax and service charge is the minimum amount required to secure all reservations.

Balance of reservation due 60 days prior to arrival date.

3% service fee on all "paypal" credit card transactions. 

Aruba Home Minders accepts the following forms of payment: ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS,

CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, MONEY ORDER, DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO USA BANK OF AMERICA ACCOUNT, DIRECT DEPOSIT INTO ARUBA RBTT ACCOUNT.

cancellation policy: 60 days prior to arrival tenants are subject to a loss of $275.00 administration fee. With in 60 days of arrival tenant will forfiet payment in full unless another tenant is secured under like terms, or homeowner grants permission for refund due to special circumstances.

All rentals require a refundable security deposit. Amount will be determined by length of stay, and # of people traveling.

Security deposits are payable in cash at check-in, and will be refunded after inspection of the home with in 10 days of departure. Some security deposits will be refunded the day of departure but this can not be guarenteed.
